In Person Sacred Bodywork Session
Our issues lie in our tissues. However, we often try to heal at the level of mind alone without regard for the body as anything more than an objectified vehicle, used for serving the mind and its matters. We have this backwards. The body is wise and powerful. It is the vessel for your presence, power and pleasure. However, it also is where our trauma is stored. Any spot on the body could be a spot where old memories, pain, or limiting beliefs are stuck because they were not somatically processed all the way through at the time of occurrence. This stuck energy is what blocks us from our greatest potential and most enjoyable, creative life.
A Sacred Bodywork Session is a shamanic medicine journey where the medicine is you. These sessions help to remove blocks, activate your potential, replenish your strength, unlock your talents and restore your power.
F-ing WILD Alchemy -
Single Session
This is an abbreviated & modified version of the Sacred Bodywork Session above. We will still use the same tools and approach, but you will remain fully clothed and we will work together in shorter increments. Rather than a full on shamanic medicine journey where the medicine is you, this is more like a shamanic coaching session where we focus on liberating your energy, releasing trauma, activating your divine truth and empowerment on all levels. These sessions can be done in person or via zoom.
Human Design or Astrology Reading
I love giving Human Design and Astrology readings to people because of the aha’s I see them have about themselves. Buried truths are unearthed and they gain a fresh perspective about who they are as their true self, what happens when they are in not-self and what’s possible from here. So much is possible when we align our energy and live the way we were designed to live. These readings offer perspective and provide permission - permission to be more you, permission to decondition and liberate yourself from the programs that are no longer a fit, permission to feel your energy once again empowered to flow in beneficial ways for your unique design. Furthermore, while there is a lot to Human Design and Astrology, I have a gift for transmitting the foundations of these systems so they are more easily understood, especially with respect to your own chart. These sessions can be done in person or via zoom.
